So, it seems that I've started a joy series without truly planning to! I've blogged about the secret lives of delighted teams and how restricting choices in fact makes us happier.and today's post is about the evolution from shallow, short-term happiness to long-lasting, meaningful happiness.

Since I believe a considerable secondary responsibility of any coaching personnel is to prepare our professional athletes for the real life. And I believe that empowering our gamers with the knowledge that they can control their emotions and not be managed by them is quite essential. And I believe we have the opportunity to reveal them that joy is a choice and it is achievable.even when life's circumstances aren't the happiest.
